Manager/Sr Manager - Human Resources - Mfg/Industrial

One of our client from Nagpur is looking for HR Manager/ Sr. Manager to work as a HR Head for one of its company.

The company has 600 employees and 400 contract employees. They have plants in Mumbai, Pune and Jaipur. The job involves travel to plants.

The brief JD is given below:

- The candidate should be having a HR generalist profile

- Should have managed Regional HR function or HR function for a company independently

- Should be working with a company having good HR processes

- Should have designed, implemented and managed PMS system

- Should have handled Training function using inside and out side trainers. Also should be conducting some training himself
