Organization: TOP MNC  Designation: Manage/ Sr.Manager  Location: Pune  Job Description  Responsible for delivering consulting services in areas of HR strategy , organization re-design, culture assessment, role profiling, job evaluation, competency modeling and design, performance management system design, training needs identification, employee engagement initiatives, HR M&A due diligence, Change Management employee rewards and other areas of Human Capital Consulting.   Work at 3 levels   1) At practice level   - Continuous bench marking with latest trends on people practices. Strive for differentiation.   - Research and Development on the services, solutions and product.   - Documentation of the processes, solution (continuous improvement) Strategies, Policies, Guidelines,Procedures for the whole Talent Management Value Chain (Hiring, Talent Engagement, Training, - Analysis (Analytics for decisions making)   - Designing and Standardization of Tools, Questionnaires, tests , formats, templates.   - Revisit existing maturity frameworks, Models and bring improvements   - Liaison with internal HR team   2). Support the Senior (Reporting Manager/Principal) for Pre Sales activities ( Non billable activity)   - Prepare draft responses after studying the Request for Proposals   - Get validated from the practice head   - Provide task level effort estimation   3). At Delivery level   - Recommend solutions for different issues to Consultants   - Consults to ascertain and define need or problem area, and determine scope of investigation   - Analyzes data to determine solution, such as institutionalization of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, modification of machines or equipment, or redesign of products or services.   - Advises on alternate methods of solving need or problem, or recommends specific solution. May negotiate contract for consulting service.   - Advising the management on human resource issues like policies for improvement, procedures or development, providing guidelines to the employees, setting standards for the employees.   - Conducting investigations and research on the submissions and work of the employees and proving quality assurance and see to it that the assigned comes to completion within time and as per guidelines.   - Coordinating and participating the selection panel member in recruitment process, including preparing for selection, appointment process, preparing reports.   - Help the employees in work completion by motivating them so that the morale of the employees increased   - Preparing brief notes or reports on new policies, procedures, and practices of human resources by investigating and researching to ensure accurate service delivery.   If interested please share profiles to : madhavi@livecjobs.com or call @ 8297121110 / 040-44446863
