Job Summary :   - Get a grip on the pulse of business and proactively create an action plan to meet the need of business.   - Resolve escalated HR concerns to HO from various zones  - Liaison and coordinate with ZHRs and ensure corporate initiatives are implemented, required data is fetched and feedback shared on initiatives like audit gaps, EDAP cases and attrition etc.  - Partner with Head - Agency HR, in creating a rich culture based on performance based engagement and drill down key initiatives eg. Best Bets, PMS   - Act as the transformation/process champion (within the HR team) for Agency HR   - Prepare business/HR analytics for Agency HR   - Custodian for monitoring progress on PMS, Employee Disciplinary Action Process (EDAP) & Compliance etc.  Key Responsibilities :   - Central point for implementing corporate initiatives   - For various corporate initiatives, detailing of efforts required zone wise and to communicate / guide the same   - Collect data and reach decision points to share feedback with ZHR on the region's performance  - Communicate with ZHR's and influence stakeholders to get desired results  - HR audit for the agency   - Act as a process auditor for the Agency HR team   - Highlight non-compliant cases and ensure closure   - Track EDAP region wise and report closure   - Monitor and control the HR budget  - HR metrics and reporting   - Prepare or present the Agency health in form of numbers / developments  - Study and report impact of various HR processes in business   - Make comparative study of zone wise performance and communicate it   - HR strategy implementation partner   - Travel to regions and sense pulse of people/business   - Conduct workshops on corporate initiatives to educate zonal teams   - Facilitate closure of zonal queries   - Corporate resource to support the Zonal teams   - Central point of connect at the corporate level to provide support to Zonal teams  - Liaison with HR Operations team on selective issues to provide resolution   - Ensure timely closure of any support ask coming from the region   Other Responsibilities:  HR Operations :   - Timely support and information on joining & resigned in HO for agency HR  - Providing information to HR team and Business Managers on competition, industry trends to facilitate effective decision making  - Desired qualification and experience  - Graduate / Post graduate in Mathematics, Statics or Administration with 6-8 years of experience  - Exposure to analytics is must   Key Relationships (Internal /External) :   Internal :   - Zonal HR teams   - C&B and HR Operations   - Corporate HR  - BPMA team   - Agency leadership  External :   - Vendors   Measures of Success :   - Owing HR Metrics for the Channel  - Adherence and monitoring of the corporate initiatives across the region   - Audit the HRBP processes across the business  - Controller of HR budgets  - Feedback to the regions   Key competencies/skills required :   - Intersection management  - High on analytical skills   - Impact & Influencing Skills   - Result Orientation  - Working with & Through Others
