Urgently looking for Senior Manager -HR for Top 20 Fortune 500 company
Looking someone with 8-12 years of experience into HR role preferably from Top Manufacturing, FMCG companies.
Location : Chennai
Role and Responsibility:
- Provide advice and counsel to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices
- Lead client organizations in the development of the annual reviews.
- Partner with business leaders on multiple human resource issues.
- Provide leadership for the development and execution of organization vision and structure.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master's degree specializing in Human Resources Management from Tier-1 and Tier-2 B-schools only ( TISS/ SIBM / XISS / SIMS/ NMIMS etc.)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a human resources position
