We have an opening with one of the Big4 consulting houses for their HR Consulting Practice for the position of : Manager / Sr. Manager

Job Title / Designation : Manager / Sr. Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Client Management - Lead role in execution of client service (Project delivery)

- Business development: Focus on identifying opportunities in the market basis existing client relationships / leveraging relationships and translating them into tangible business for the firm.

- Client Management - Lead role in execution of client service (Project delivery)

- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients

- Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and acts on referrals typically in relation to his service line - Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally

Specialties : OD / Org. Restructuring / HR Transformation / Change Management / Talent Management

Requirement:

Education: Engg and/or MBA: from a premier institution (2007 / 2008 / 2009 batch)

Experience:

- The candidate should have about 7 - 10 years experience in Consulting / Corporates

Desired skills :

- Superior analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity

- Demonstrated track record of creating high quality analysis and contribution to client engagements

- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in oral and written English

- Ability to build and develop internal and client relationships

- Willingness to travel

- Well-developed time management skills - the ability to work to deadlines and to multitask is essential
