Manager/Sr Manager - HR Consulting - Big4 (6-12 yrs)
Will be responsible for leading client assignments on: in the areas like Organisation design, HR systems and policies, Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement Diagnostics, Exit Diagnostics, Competency Mapping, Assessment Centre, Development Centers, Psychometric Assessment, Recruitment, Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
- Should have strong knowledge and extensive experience on job benchmarking and evaluation methodologies, compensation benchmarking, benefits benchmarking, HR analytics.
