Location : Noida

Experience : For Manager: 9-10 years; CTC: 17 Lacs

For Sr. Manager : 10-12 years; CTC: 20 Lacs

For Group Manager : 12-15 years; CTC: Max: 22 Lacs

JD :

Need resources from IT/Telecom industry not the resources who are working on process or P2P.

- Maintain all contracts and evaluate partner/vendor performance according to contract and ensure efficient flow of all conditions in contract

- Design and implement an effective sourcing strategy to reduce costs of financial products and manage all sourcing processes

- Supervise all negotiations and prepare appropriate documents for same

- Monitor all sourcing strategies and policies and ensure achievement of all business objectives and perform appropriate negotiations with all suppliers

- Coordinate with vendors on all prices of products and recommend ways to reduce costs of components and finished products and prepare non-disclosure agreement for various sources

- Collaborate with marketing team and initiate appropriate changes

- Manage all communication with global sourcing team and identify all standardized a materials

- Administer all commodity sourcing activities and coordinate with sourcing team to consolidate processes and select appropriate materials

- Analyze customer requirements and prepare appropriate contracts and negotiate for all purchase materials

- Develop new suppliers in various low cost regions of world.

- Converts requisitions to purchase orders (PO's). Will include training of requisitions

- Negotiates various price, terms and conditions with potential suppliers as required

- Works with Catapult resources to standardize and optimize PO processes & format

- Resolves supplier problems as needed

- MIS Reporting- Develops and manages standardized monthly reporting

- Supplier Data Base -Oversees process in conjunction with indirect sourcing team to ensure supplier adds and changes are entered and maintained correctly

- Spend Analyses and Management

- Utilizes BW, SRM, Spend Performance Management (SPM) software for analysis

- Develops and manages spend reports for indirect 3rd party spend within BW and SPM

Interpersonal Expectations :

Plans, organizes, and influences the efforts of domestic and global suppliers, as well as a variety of internal functional groups within the organization.

Performs a broad scope of work assignments to accomplish business team objectives.
