Manager / Sr. Manager - Functional Capability Development (Corporate role)  - To conceive, design and execute functional development interventions to enhance the functional capabilities of the managerial workforce.   - Provide knowledge transfer & execution support for institutionalizing functional development framework.  KRA's:  - Liasion with the business/functional leaders to build the capability of the business in terms of functional skills by defining a clear development roadmap for functional academies or development academies for business critical roles  - Responsible for governance of functional capability development strategy (i.e. needs assessment, budgeting, development of customized learning programs, delivery of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training).   - Continuously researches and develops new age technology solutions to increase reach and effectiveness of learning and deploys leading-edge learning & development solutions that are aligned with the functional requirements.  - Analyzes data and reports effectiveness/impact data for all functional/development academies for the purpose of management reporting.  - Anchor all pre and post program interventions for the identified academy programs and escalate to concerned stakeholders wherever required.  - Responsible for identifying appropriate learning partners for the functional needs, and finalization of contracts with them in collaboration with the SCM team.   - Define scope for LMS platform for the organization, evaluate options, share recommendations for finalization of partner. Joint custodian for the design and deployment of LMS, along with Leadership Capability Development, (including stakeholder management, reporting, user interface, guidelines/principles for platform development etc.). Interfaces between technology partner and internal stakeholders (HR community, employees) for resolution of key issues or support.  - Represent the organization in various internal/external forums including webinars, networking meetings, expert discussions etc. Participate in the external surveys/studies by global consulting organizations on behalf of the organization by collating relevant training and development data (for functional skills) from various internal sources.  Educational Level:  Must have:  - MBA/ PGDBA with specialization in HR - from the top 10 -15 B-schools in India  - Relevant Training certifications - like ASTD, Train-the-Trainer.  Must have:   - At least 3-9 years of experience with at least 2-5 years in L&D domain.
