About our Client - Our client is a leading financial services setup looking to expand their operations and are looking for a seasoned professional to be lead their finance transformation vertical.
Job Description - Reporting into the AVP - Change & Transformation and working as an individual contributor, you would be responsible for:
- Be part of the finance change capability and drive re-engineering projects to achieve operational efficiencies by transforming existing processes & the new process being transitioned
- Creating and owning the transition plans & support
- Identification and finalization of scope of work to be migrated
- Plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality across diverse finance processes such as Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Product Control, etc
- Identify problem areas within operational processes while transitioning the capability from onshore and then working towards realizing benefits
- Interact with senior stakeholders and managing metrics of the end to end projects that could be either delivery programs or streamlining of operational processes
- Manage migrations and process improvements Maintain BAU while change is being integrated into the set up
The Successful Candidate - CA or MBA from a tier one institution with over 8 years of relevant work experience with a MNC Bank/Financial Institution
- Excellent exposure of transitions and transformation projects across diverse finance processes (Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Product Control, etc). People having experience of driving finance transformation only across R2R, P2P, O2C shall not be considered
- Past experience of driving high impact finance change projects or streamline financial processes is a must
- Strong track record of success in your previous roles managing international stakeholders. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred
