Manager/Sr Manager - F&A Solutioning - BPO

Pre-sales and solution development role to help build best in class F&A transformation solutions

- The lead solution Architect will be engaged in complex client requirements that require specific industry expertise (industrial products, chemicals and petroleum, banking, telecom etc) . as well as cross tower solutions (i.e. Finance and Accounting, CRM, HR, ITSO etc).

- Should be able to drive enterprise wide transformation along with the consulting teams

- Define Scope for the F&A tower in the areas of OTC, RTR and PTP

- Create structured F&A proposals/solutions independently and with innovative ideas

- Support F&A due diligence (DD)

- Deal costing, identification of key cost drivers as well as cost optimisation

- Requisite compliance process prior to the price release which includes solution and delivery approvals as well as risk assessment.

- Facilitate selling of solutions to the client, clearly articulating business value proposition for achieving clients objectives in the solution response document.
