Positions (3): AGM/Senior Manager/Manager- Export Sales & Marketing  Industry: Electrical/Switchgear Industry  Responsibilities:  - Identification of the Market Potential & focus countries.  - Making the business plan with the team and decide the business targets and approve with management.  - Decide the marketing team action plan / strategy for the team depending on the region, geographical and present political situations.  - Make the budget for planned actions.  - Conduct the periodic review meetings with the team and identify the hurdles and problem areas.  - Identify the competition in business and market share.  - Making the Distributors policy and periodic review of distributors.  - Periodic Analyses of customer satisfaction level using tools and identify the area of improvements.  - Identify the team spirit and skill and make the team improvement plans.  - Recruitment & training. (technical, commercial & foreign business)  - Monitoring on Outstanding payments, Foreign regulation compliance.  - Monitor the Quality and Logistics Issues faced by customer. Conduct the periodic audits and review meeting for improvements.  - Develop the Marketing tools like, catalog, brochures, hard & soft flyers, promotional schemes.  - Conduct seminars, product & organization presentations, and advertisements in given budget limits.  - Plan periodic travel plans for customer visits for self and for individual team members.  - Identify the prospective exhibitions and make the participation.  - Feedback for Product development to design team.  - Periodic review meeting with top management and get improvement and implementation plans and approvals.  - Identify the business segments and potential for the new products in future.  Required/Qualification:  - Engineering Graduate (Electrical Eng Preferred) with over 7 to 22 years   - Sound working experience with export marketing/international business with LV products
