Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and manage the delivery organization for account portfolio. Will need to manage large project accounts, which will require the ability to engage with customers at Senior level.
- This would include managing customers and their expectations.
- Manage and grow such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix
- Up sell & Cross sell of services
- Delivery Leadership : Enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns & escalations; drive productivity, utilization.
- Will drive future growth by managing gross margins, ideal revenue mix.
Skills Required:
- Retail/ CPG domain experience in advanced analytics
- Strong knowledge of Delivery Management processes, tools, onsite-offshore engagement model.
- Should have managed delivery team of at least 20 people or more.
- Should have strong customer relationship and project management capabilities.
