Role:
- Handling Customer Lifecycle Management for the Data business of a leading telecom operator.
Responsibilities:
- CLM pocess standardization for Data at a national level
- CLM campaign effectiveness
- Improvement on key KBIs for the business - Revenue, RpMB, Usage and operating variables like high validity pack penetration etc.
- Cost to serve on campaigns and ROI
Qualifications:
- MBA with 6 + years of experience in telecom marketing.
