Job Description:
Functional Responsibility / Domain Related:
- Provide analytical guidance to the teams
- Respond to credit events
- Prepare internal credit research reports
- Prepare publishable credit reports
Process Adherence:
- Help the teams in executing tasks, and monitor timeliness and quality of output
- Strictly practice and follow all Information Security policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization
- Ensure smooth running of shift operations
Client Management / Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain relationship with international clients and fully own the service delivery of client processes
People Development:
- Manage the performance of team members and conduct regular reviews
- Mentor and manage the aspirations of the team
- Coach team members to keep them updated with changes / improvisations in the processes
Essential Qualification: MBA (Finance) or equivalent Or CA
Experience:
- Experience of 5+ years or more in credit analysis of financial institutions / insurance companies
- Prior experience of leading teams and client management would be an added advantage
