Education Requirements  Ph.D. in Operations Research/Statistics from a reputed institute  Total experience of 8-10 years, should be working on a similar role for the last 4 years.  This position is part of Analytics and modeling group, which provides actionable and advanced Analytics solutions to support US Business operations and strategy.  Essential Functions  1.	Strong experience of working in Claims Analytics and solving Underwriting problems in Life and Non-Life Insurance.   Experience of working on Marketing Analytics area related to Insurance/Banking  2.	Deploy advanced statistical techniques like GLM, Bayesian Inference, etc.   3.	Develop advanced predictive models. Work on projects related to segmentation and profiling.  4.	Work independently on intermediate to complex level data gathering, validation, manipulation, data mining and predictive analytics.   5.	Formulate and define project objective and scope based on business needs and thorough understanding of business problems.  6.
