Manager/Sr Manager - Civil/Infrastructure Advisory (5-9 yrs)

Job responsibility:

- Preparation of Detailed Project Report, project structuring and Providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for execution of projects involving:

- Preparation of Concept Plans/ Feasibility Reports/ Detailed Project Reports,

- Preparation of design & drawings and estimates

- preparation of Bill of Quantities & Cost Estimations

- Preparation of Bid/ Tender Documents of other necessary Technical outputs/ deliverables involved in advisory assignments

- Coordination with clients

- Business Development Initiative including submission of Bids

Experience:

- Preparation of DPR on Infrastructure Projects, Water Supply Project & Storm Water Drainage Project, Solid Waste Management

- Preparation of DPR for Industrial Park/ IT Park, Mini Township Project, Building, etc

- Preparation of DDP, CDP, etc.

- Preparation of Bill of quantities;

- Transaction Advisory Services viz., Preparation of PIM, Bid Document and Bid Process Management.

- Project Management Consultancy(PMC)

- Projects coordination

- Proficiency in AutoCAD

Qualification: BE - Civil
