Functional : Continuous Improvement Global Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operational :To the business, with direct interaction with senior managers of the Business Line

- Monthly, the CIL establishes a diagnostic for change for the supported business team.

- The CIL on a monthly basis assesses the Lean maturity of business team and build a continuous improvement (Roadmap) with the support and help of the respective managers to help the teams grow on lean maturity.

- The CIL supports the business team on daily basis in operational performance review, problem solving sessions, daily stand up meetings and is proactive to provide any Lean tools or training that may help the team (Voice of clients, skills matrix, etc)

- Additional trainings on Lean Management System might be required from the CIL in order to give the full sense of the transformation and onboard new joiners in their own journey.

- The CIL also participates to the best practices sharing, enriches the KM as the continuous improvement plan of the CI and of the transformation

- As a whole, the CIL must be recognized by his/her Business Lines as the key point of contact for improvements and Lean coaching

Qualification : Any degree /MBA preferable

- Require around 7 to 9 years of Experience, either in operational functions in at least a team lead role (in IT and/ or BPO), or in Lean practices

- Proven experience in change management, coaching and interaction with Senior Management

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in driving productivity improvement projects, mapping End to End process focusing on TAT, Accuracy, deploying Lean tools and critical performance measures

- Must be trained on Lean principles.

- Experience in ensuring sustainability of Lean practices

- Lean trained
