Currently working on an opening for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager - Campus for one of the largest corporate house in India.
- Conceptualizing and implementing of campus engagement plan.
- Leading Campus relation efforts for the group
- End to End responsibility for recruitment for Summers and Final placements from top B schools
- Liaising with Business Campus sponsors and work force management team to understand campus demand
- Negotiation of Placement slots, Coordination for Campus connect events with placement teams at B Schools.
- Planning and Management of high volume selection process on the campuses for Summer Internship and final placement.
- Periodic recruitment process evaluation and process improvement activities
- Development and implementation of campus engagement initiatives like Leadership talks, Pre Placement talks, Inter B School Competitions and knowledge partnering for B School events.
