Social media) & deliver communications that create opportunities for interactive engagement among brands, their audiences, workers, Customers etc. Please visit the company URL for more details www.screen-magic.com  Position: Manager / Sr. Manager- Insider Sales   Location: Pune  Screen Magic, a mobile media company, needs services of a Business Development / Inside sales for selling it online software.   - What is expected of the Role-   - Call leads, engage them and sell the service (Yes, our service is sold on phone :-) The modes of communication with the client are - email, call (phone and skype)  - Manage Customer Relationship throughout the life-cycle from Pre-Sales, to taking Orders, and Service Delivery. Coordinating with internal support engineers to deliver the product and it's customizations.  - Assist leads with their technical queries (usually before buying and some hand-holding post the selling)  - Provide inputs to the Product Manager for setting Sales Targets.
