Bid Management & Solutions :

- Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings

- Understand and define requisite inputs tocreate pricing and cost estimates; Preparing the cost model estimates working with finance, operations and other teams as required to deliver the defined scope of services

- Working with other groups such as transition, sourcing, technology etc. to gather inputs that will be integrated in to the solutions as well as the pricing

- Undertaking due diligence, meeting with customers and fine-tuning the solution based on findings.

- Coordinating and managing customer visits and preparing solution artifacts (documents, presentations, sheets)

- Coordinating and managing various groups to get inputs for the cost model.

- Collaborating with the sales team to pitch the solution to the customer.

- Aligning final solution architecture

Demand Generation and Sales Enablement :

- Develop point solutions to address specific clients needs

- Support sales team by attending audio,/in person meetings to assist in the selling effort

- Work with demand generation and marketing teams to create campaigns and plans

Collaboration and Continuous improvement :

- Improve the solution process by ensuring standards are developed

- Work with the Delivery team to understand operational nuances and translate the learning's to improve the solutions

- Take ownership of the solutions and work collaboratively with the Delivery team in the transition, stabilization and delivery of the solution

- Work with the Delivery team and do a proper transfer of the solution to implementation.

Time Management :

- Deal with multiple issues at the same time, able to maintain a constantly high level of alertness.

- Deal with tight deadlines and work across different time zones.

- Get into micro level details if required.

- Working knowledge of technology, specifically in telecom related ERP such as Amdocs, Seibel, Oracle specially in the Fulfillment and Billing Modules
