- Job requirement : Looking candidates only from IT-Hardware & Networking Industry with Sales & BD exposure in SME sales, Solution Sales, Strategic Sales, Presales, Bid management etc.
Role purpose:
- This role works as an expert to build & drive the solution selling culture within the Co.sales framework. The incumbent is responsible for the design, development and execution of various national sales acquisition campaigns focused on the non-mobility products & solutions.
- This role work nationally along with the SME sales teams to ensure required selling capability is built to achieve product revenue targets for the segment. This role also works with marketing and new product development teams to develop a solution road map for the segment.
Key Accountabilities :
- To plan, budget, deliver solution revenues and contribution margins over a planning horizon.
- To build and implement capability skilling, through training & automation, for selling complex solutions
- To represent the segment in various technology & industry forums showcasing vertical based solutions and case studies
- To help shape customer understanding and participate in building a product and service agenda for the segment
- To share related best practices nationally & build sales efficiency
Core competencies:
- Experience of campaign planning and execution of fixed line, cloud based & technology products
- Commercial experience of business case development and analysis
- Cross functional exposure to make campaigns successful
- Experience of working in start-up environment
- Channel Sales management experience - salesmen, partners and customers
Professional Qualifications:
- MBA
- Preferred Telecom Engineer
