One of our renowned client from Life Insurance Industry is looking for Manager / Sr. Manager - Actuary (Product Pricing and Product Development) for their Corporate Office in Mumbai.

This position will be reporting to Chief Manager - Actuary

Job Responsibilities :

- Craft pricing structures to adhere to operating principles, company strategy and all stakeholder expectations and collaborate in the design of product & provide the technical inputs.

- Provide innovative solutions to design problems in these products.

- Participate in the follow-up meetings for operational readiness: IT, BI, Life Asia Set Up, Underwriting etc

- Provide the responses to the queries of all stakeholders within reasonable timeline.

- Ensure robust pricing models for all products and substantiate the overall results in a data based manner. Factor in the model all sensitivities that might occur on account the product design.

- To document internal pricing reports - Pricing reports consist of introduction of product, charging/premium structure, pricing assumptions, profit metrics, various risks attached to product and risk mitigation techniques, sensitivities carried out on various model points.

- Regulatory filing of priced products: File & Use Application Form, Sales literature, Benefit illustrations and checklist, policy documents

- Keep archives readily accessible when needed

Key Performance Indicators:

Internal : Products, Underwriter, Sales, Operations, IT, Finance etc

Exteral : IRDA, Reinsurer

Qualification : Cleared at least 8-9 exams

Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Indian Life Insurance company
