Job Details:

1. Responsible for all accounting and legal compliance

2. Responsible for preparation of Financial Reports, Analytics & management reporting

3. Ensuring month close as per close calendar

4. Manage vendor reconciliations and circularization of vendor balances

5. Liaise with Internal auditors and statutory auditors

6. Manage cashflow and banking payment relationship with financial institutions

7. Manage smooth functioning of finance helpdesk

8. Escalation handling and rejection payment handling on priority basis

9. Provide support in the financial decision making process to the senior management.

10. Co-ordination with the direct and indirect tax team to ensure correct accounting of direct and indirect taxes

11. Ensure the implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

12. Implement best practice procedures in the organization.

13. Manage and control the delegation of authority.

14. Have an overall financial control and ensure escalation for resolution within due time.

15. Implement and control responsibility Trial Balance for AP

16. Analytical review of P&L accounts

17. Manage warehouse team cash

People management of team, performing appraisals, career pathing, job rotations etc.
