Position : Recruitment Manager / Sr Recruitment Lead

Salary: upto 9 Lakhs (70% fixed + 30% variable)

Experience:3-6 Years

Location: Bangalore

- Minimum 2+ years of core experience

- Entrepreneurial zeal to get things done

- Ownership to own, develop and grow your industry practice

- Proven track record of success/willingness to succeed in academics/career

What you will do:

Take charge on your selected industry vertical, own and grow the practice. The role shall entail firing from 4 fronts :

- Team building and handling

- Business Development

- Delivery and operations management

- Client relations
