Manager/Sr Consultant - Retail Sales

We have been hired by a major consulting firm seeking people to be placed as Senior consultants/Managers-RETAIL SALES for their operations and strategy consulting practice.

The individual needs to have experience in the following areas:

- Sales & marketing strategy

- Market assessment

- Sales planning

- Channel partner management

- Sales processes – Territory planning / Key account management etc.

The person should have the ability to analyze financial statements, and provide a point of view / insights.

- Problem solving skills & leadership skills to meet client needs using a blend of intuition and analysis, ability to multi-task and have a balance between strategic and operational focus.

- Good communication skills, business writing and presentation skills both oral and written that help to promote clarity and also present persuasive options.

- The individual should be able to interact with the clients across levels and work in teams.

Would prefer candidates who are a part of the Strategy teams of retail firms or have worked in retail operations.

QUALIFICATION

- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (full time) + a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering / MBA-Tech from premier institutes only

- 5-7 years of work experience in the industry or consulting experience for senior consultants and 8+ years of work experience for Managers.

Job locations would be Gurgaon and Mumbai.
