Candidate Summary:

- Looking for candidates from commerce background having good experience in Internal compliance, SOX controls and compliance, risk management etc., preferably from BFSI background.

Job profile:

- The purpose of this role is to design, own and maintain compliance monitoring and reporting processes and procedures for the monitoring Team and to achieve consistent and high quality risk assessments, monitoring activity and reporting which comply and are consistent with global standards.

- Provision of regular MI on the outcome of monitoring for the local and regional compliance officers and business unit governance committees

- Producing comprehensive Management Information of the departments Compliance risk, Risk rating changes, ATP progress and Final Report findings etc

- Job holder should possess good working knowledge of regulatory conduct requirements and risk-based monitoring techniques
