Timely Supply of PC and recycled material for both plants Sourcing To replenish regular stock items, viz. process chemicals, recycled material etc.

Negotiations and finalization of the orders as per the budget / market conditions.

No stock out of recycled raw material and process chemicals for both plants The incumbent should be familiar with the availability of material and the lead time to ensure regular supplies.

Floating enquires, negotiations, ordering (After approval from Manager - Sourcing), and follow up for supply to get the deliveries as per requirement.

Ensure zero plant stoppage By planning RM purchases as per PPC projections & timely supply of RM, PC,Packg Material to the plant.

To replenish regular stock items, viz. RM,PC, pkg material and stores and spares.

Assign ordering/tracking/follow up jobs to Dealing persons of Purchase to ensure timely supply of material to plant.

100% compliance with QMS Systems of sourcing To review periodically the quality systems of sourcing with respect to TS and ISO14000 and make appropriate changes if needed in procedures to have effective controls to meet the standards. Also to arrange vendor audit, rating and development programme.

Development of existing/ new vendors to ensure NIL quality rejections

By carrying out the vendor audits in consultation with the technical services, also motivate the vendors for adopting the quality systems like ISO/ TS etc. wherever required. Development of new vendors after quality approval by technical services.

Accountable for maintaining the stores ledger at plants.

Ensures that the incoming and issued material is booked properly in Oracle

System by the stores incharge, such that at any point of time there is no difference between Oracle and physical stock.

Ensures best price and terms for purchase of process chemicals & Recycled chips for both the plants. Negotiation with the vendors for recycled chips and process chemicals and getting the orders placed for timely delivery of material at both the plants
