- Ensuring that all event-related RFX tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Achieved by working closely with the Sourcing Managers to understand the requirements and directing and supporting the RFX Administrator(s) as necessary.  - Ensuring that the most beneficial eSourcing functionality is utilized to support each event. Achieved through thorough knowledge of RFP/RA strategy and of the eSourcing system.  - Ensuring that all reporting related to the delivery of the services is continuously developed and kept up to date.  Skills required:  - Experience working within a Strategic Sourcing or Procurement team  - A thorough understanding of RFP and Reverse Auction strategy and process  - Excellent planning and organizational skills.  - Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels and both internal and external  - Can demonstrate the initiative required to resolve issues and improve services  - Thorough working knowledge of RFX sourcing technology  - Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills  - PowerPoint  Skills desired:  - Financial services experience  - Experience coordinating workload/priorities of a reportee/team  - Experience presenting to Sourcing Management  - Demonstrable success improving processes/systems  - Experience implementing new eSourcing systems  Additional Information:  Successful candidate will be enthusiastic about assuming ownership and responsibility for delivering a first-class RFX service to the Sourcing teams.
