Manager - Source & Select - Industrial/Mfg - XLRI/IIM/ISB/TISS

We have an urgent opening of HR Manager - Source & Select in one of our reputed client in the Industrial Product Manufacturing Company.

Reports to: Director HR

Job Location: Delhi

Requirements:

Education: Graduate from premier institute with a Master's in HRM from institutes like XLRI, IIM, ISB, XISS.

- Years of Experience: 6-8 years of strategic recruitment & talent sourcing experience.

- Also having an experience of managing line and influencing them on a day to day basis.

- Must have also handled a team of seasoned HR professional with passion for people development.

- Excellent interpersonal & influential skills.

- Must have the combination of Science & art piece ;data & intuition.

Industry: Preferably from a large MNC conglomerate like Engineering , Manufacturing, KPO with emphasis on talent sourcing.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing Strategy:

- Responsible for creating a mean machine for talent sourcing.

- Steering leader's mindset towards hiring better than self.

- Keeping a ready to recruit database & innovative method of hiring.

- Brand Building

Integration Program:

- Responsible for smooth integration of key people post joining the organisation.

Graduate Program:

- Identification and relationship building with Key university at a local level to act as a local & global pool.

People Management:

- Manage a team of 3-5 team members and HRBP with various experience levels.

Other related activities as decided by the company or management.
