Manager- Solutioning

- Ensuring that the solutions developed will bring the best value for the organisation

- Providing guidance to the business opportunity management team based on experience with the functions/verticals covered by the role.

- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in the development and implementation of customer solutions in order to bring additional value .

- Coordinating with the business opportunity management team

- Strong commercial acumen and experience in a Shared Services / BPO environment which includes solution definition and commercial proposal/business case management.

- Responding to RFP and RFQ's proposal in collaboration with business unit heads, internal stakeholders
