Principal Accountabilities

- Managing Pre & Post Live Support Including

- Project Planning and Tracking.

- Volumetric analysis for storage planning.

- Study of material movement and dynamics .

- Designing solutions for receiving, put-away, picking and dispatch.

- Design Data Warehousing template and Non Host data maintenance

- Personnel Training and Functional consultancy to Operations team.

- Capacity Planning

- Manage warehouse operations as Project

- Manage development & deployment of operations, guidelines & standards of warehouse.

- Ensure warehouse SOPs are fully implemented on Team Operations for all Clients.

- Assistance to Warehouse Operations Manager in assuring smooth & cost effective warehouse operations.

- Take lead in the immediate resolutions of service issues/complaints.

- Ensure that agreed KPIs & SOPs are met, being 3rd party warehouse provider.

- Ensure proper control of expenses incurred within warehouse.

- Develop & Implement process improvement for cost saving or revenue enhancement.
