Manager - Solution Architecture - BFSI/KPO

Duties and Responsibilities:

The following are general responsibilities of a Manager, Solutions Architecture

- Ensures that solution strategies are designed, finalized and bundled in the most efficient manner

- Participates in interactive dialogue with various Business Units to understand their strategy and formulate an approach to take their offering to the customer. This also includes understanding and managing the incremental capabilities that are being requested

- Interacts with customers on new opportunities and expansion of existing opportunities

- Interacts with client facing teams such as Sales, SMEs and Product Managers to assist in providing sales presentations and detailed solution proposals

- Build enterprise wide and standard sales presentations by understanding the client needs, highlighting strength and capabilities and recommending solutions along with an implementation plan

- Builds Business Proposals/ RFP responses detailing but not limited to:

a) Process flow

b) Productivity baselines

c) Quality control

d) Staffing

e) Pricing

f) Technology

g) Transition timelines

h) Governance structure

- Reviews legal contracts to identify risks and suggest change in language/approach

- Interacts with internal stakeholders to acquire necessary information to build proposals and sales presentations

- Works directly with senior and executive management to qualify/decline new deals by projecting the potential profitability of each project

- Interacts with Technology and Services Product Managers to translate the client's business needs into appropriate language

- Coordinate Client visits/ Due Diligence and own outcomes

- Manage & Coordinate Pricing specific to pursuits.

Related Job Experience:

- Prior experience either on the KPO side (Mortgage Processing) with some IT (Product) side experience

- Over 3 years of Pre Sales / Solutions Experience

- Minimum 2 years experience in Financial Services - vertical/ industry

- Experience working on projects overseas and within client locations will be a plus;

- Potential exposure to large scale transitions will be a plus;

- Significant experience working with cross functional departments and internal stakeholders;
