Crescendo breeds on meritocracy and transparency.  Job Description  Objective: Defining and executing the strategy for the overall Digital marketing plan across 4 areas - Social Media, PR, Blog and Website.  Social Media Presence:  Create/manage all PPC campaigns and Social Media Handles (Google Plus, FB, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram & Linkedin) to build high level of customer engagement.  Manage social media identity (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc). Perhaps most importantly keep these up to date and fresh with relevant and useful content and expand our social media presence.  Manage the email newsletter (new feature announcement, upgrades/upsells) - setting up and managing an email list to keep customers and prospects updated on your progress.  To be responsible for Crescendo's Social Media platform covering monitoring/listening, Social Engagement and servicing platforms on Social Media  Public Relations:  Simple enough. You're the POC (point of contact) for media outlets. Getting the company featured in Local and National Media across the country.  Website & Blog Management:  Setup and launch the Company Blog and Website on a Professional network and maintain it.  Ensure the website and blog is updated regularly, and SEO friendly  Research, content creation, blog management, promotion, etc..  The Successful Applicant:  3 years+ experience in online marketing or digital advertising  Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)  Digital marketing planning and deployment, SEM & SEO  Excellent Communication - verbal, written and presentation skills  If you are an individual who is looking to build something extraordinary and have a good drive and self motivation which is bordering on entrepreneurial; this is the place for you.  You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and a hunger to succeed.  You are competitive and appreciate being in a meritocratic culture where the work in years count for more than the years at work.  What's on Offer  On offer is an unmatched career progression compared to anywhere else in industry and also a very close correlation between your rewards and hard work.
