Manager - Social Media Marketing (3-8 yrs)

Silverpeople has been retained as client's exclusive partners to build top management India team for Global telecom co. Silverpeople is retained to hire a Social Media Marketing Manager to play a key role in one of the international consumer electronics companies in India. Our client, more than USD 5 Bn in revenue, is planning to quickly expand its overseas operations. They want a Social Media Marketing Manager for India operations, who will be responsible for launching Social Media Marketing team in India.

Salary : 18-20 LPA (not a constraint for right candidate)

PFB the JD for Social Media Marketing Manager.

- Execute social media marketing promotion, engagement and conversion strategies that drive brand-awareness, on the following platforms: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, WordPress and etc.

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

- Develop and present ideas for pitches, events, promotions and social media campaigns, etc.

- Coordinate with internal and external event coordinator to provide pre, real time, and post social media support.

- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social" way in the company's voice.

- Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.

- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.

- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).

- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.

- Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.

- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.

- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.

- Establish and monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
