Job Description :
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Revenue Management
- Identify market potential (Mkt sizing and mapping) in each zone and plan infrastructure expansion.
- Channel Development
- Partner onboarding and training
- Support partner with Manpower staffing. Staffing agency Tie ups, consolidate manpower requirements
- Build the ASP network across partners and ensure productivity
- Build a strong brand loyalty with all partner of SME business.
- Distribution development programs Standard R&R FOS Incentive program
Business Development :
- Channel KPI & Business KPIs
- Market coverage & Industry mapping
- Increasing width and depth from Allocated accounts
Channel management :
- Ensure all new VF initiative like cloud, Ready business, vertical preposition, etc. are focused and executed by Channel partner & their sales team
- Account Management through Channel
- Servicing of account through channel Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
