Minimum Skill Requirement:

Must Have:

- Must have experience with SAN and NAS protocols and enterprise class storage systems - FC, ISCSI, FCP, FCIP, FCoE, CIFS, NFS e

- Strong experience configuring backup storage hardware

- Data center optimization/virtualization experience

- Experience designing and implementing SAN and NAS infrastructures

- Knowledge and working experience of implementing and designing of Data Migration between multi-vendor storage platforms

- Hands on administration experience on SAN/NAS products

- Experience in designing storage solutions on EMC/Hitachi/HP/NetApp storage platforms

- Good experience on SAN switches like Brocade, Cisco

- Familiarity with storage virtualization, tiered storage, management consoles

- Multipathing, firmware upgrades and patch installation

- Data replication technologies, snapshots and clones

- Command line and GUI interfaces to manage storage

- Hands on experience in Backup software like Symantec Netbackup, TSM

- Any consulting experience will be a plus

- Experience on converged infrastructure like vblock, Flexpod etc are a plus

Good to Have:

Specialist Certification in any of storage products/technologies is an added advantage

General Skills:

- Good Communication (Oral & Written) skills is essential able to face executives and clients
