Finance Shared Services Manager  Overview  The company's Financial Shared Services organization in Pune is being established in India to provide centralized Financial Planning & Analysis for the Employer Services (ES) USA business. The goal of the organization is to provide insightful decision support for the ES portfolio through standardized full spectrum analytics, continuous improvement, and governance. Key functional work streams are -  - P&Ls - financial overview of business performance  - Human Capital - people and resource allocation   - New Business - efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process  - Operating Metrics - performance of the - ADP factory-   Role  In this critical role, you will create / transition and oversee a key functional workstream with full responsibility for its performance and success. The role requires significant interaction and accountability to Business Unit finance leaders, decision-makers, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing overall delivery of OBIEE and Hyperion systems and support. In addition, the role will require significant exposure to compliance and controls and financial systems initiatives to ensure data integrity.  Experience & Skills :   Project Delivery :   - Service Delivery experience both on development and Offshore Support model. Experience in setting up and creating a team from scratch towards BI application support (24- 7)  - Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)  - Design communications to project stakeholders on progress and risks, including regular status updates; provide pre- and post-launch communications to impacted teams;  - Experience working in financial planning/budgeting, business analysis, or a related analytics field that includes financial modeling and problem-solving.  - Hands-on experience in Hyperion Product Suite (Hyperion Reporting, Hyperion Planning, Essbase)  - Development/Architect Experience in BI reporting (OBIEE 11g/12c): Involved in Solution design in earlier roles.  Education Qualification: B.Tech from good pedigree institute
