- Overall responsibility of managing & implementation the company’s strategy across location for Mortgage domain, while coordinating and working closely with the management team to ensure processes and service levels are implemented and managed as designed. Managing about 100 FTEs.

- Process Management - Build, maintain and improve all Customer facing quality processes using COPC standards rigor, wherever applicable. Working with various departments for constant improvisation in processes, through teams & task forces to ensure on time delivery, keeping highest quality standards

- Performance management - Performance review & improvements through process workflow enhancements using the DMAIC approach of Six-sigma. Ensure wing to wing execution of performance plans in the organization by setting up cross-functional teams to accomplish goals

- Client relationship Management - Day to day Client -Vendor relationship management

- Design and develop business performance reports for defined business segments

Responsible for the ongoing process improvement to minimize variability and maximize profitability

- Capacity Management: Coordinate closely with international & Indian offices, developing methods to track performance and capacity to deal with work volume volatility.

- Identify and execute on plans to eliminate operational inefficiencies, develop business best practices and design optimal solutions

- Interact effectively within Senior Management, clients and vendors to ensure adherence to stated service levels

- SPOC for Reporting and Quality/ Operations.

Key Requirement :

Incumbents with Mortgage process experience preferred.
