Manager/Senior Manager - Valuation & Business Modeling

Experience : 5 years & above

Qualification : Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance)/CFA

Location : Dadar

Roles and Responsibility :

- Manage engagements for valuations (tangible and intangibles) for various purposes including management planning; M&A; restructuring and reorganization; financial reporting; tax and regulatory compliance; etc

- Assume a leadership role in interacting with client, report generation and detailed financial modeling

- Supervise, develop and mentor professionals at the Staff and Senior level

- Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members.

- Contribute information to knowledge sharing tools, share knowledge and experience via formal and informal methods.

- Supporting the team in managing an engagement efficiently and productively, by planning time and cost budgets, reporting time conflicts to Partners, contributing to improving internal systems and processes and timelines of billing and collection.

- Build internal networks to understand service line offerings and highlight potential opportunities to the team

- Manage a team of Valuation professionals

- Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners on proposals and new business opportunities

- Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to our as well as the client's business.

Skills :

- Experience in financial modeling and developing business plans for potential clients.

- Experience in undertaking valuation of portfolio companies for AIFS/other Funds and valuation of financial instruments for IND AS /IFRS perspective will be added advantage.

- Direct experience in utilizing Valuation techniques and methodologies such as Purchase Price Allocations (PPA), Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Income Approach, market comparable etc.

- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal and teaming skills

- Willingness and ability to travel, when necessary
