Manager/Senior Manager - Transition - End to End (10-15 yrs)

Job Title: LEAD - Transitions

Industry: BPO/ITES

Salary: Hike as per industry standards

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10-15 Years

Purpose:

Supports the onshore deal teams in:

- Responding to proposal requests and winning new deals

- Transitioning new deals into the BPO centre

- Managing client facing activities, primarily during client visits to the BPO centre

- Also responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing updation of processes relating to Pre-Sales, Visits and Transition activities and involved in Centre wide initiatives, as required.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the off-shore effort to provide timely, high quality responses to various Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)

- Providing specific inputs on aspects of off-shoring work (such as costs, organisation structure etc), to the onshore Deal team

- Ensure eSCM compliance for all pre-delivery activities

- Involved in solution planning for deals

- Lead OE efforts of deals

- Project manage the transition into the BPO delivery centre to ensure a smooth and successful transition

- Identify means of improving our transition processes

- Manage client site visit programs, especially during pre-sales and transition periods

Required:

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Global end to end Transitions

- Preferably in F&A domain but any other domain would also work
