Trade Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

This position based at Circle requires providing support for activities like branding, advertisement, merchandising, vendor handling, sponsorship, event management, PR with local Administration for S&D. The position is responsible for providing high In-Door and outdoor visibility and at POS level for brand building at zonal level. The position is responsible for driving programs for increasing trade loyalty at Circle level. The position is responsible for ensuring trade settlement at Circle level. The position is responsible for ensuring poster and signage updation and installation as per new product launches and programs at zonal level. The position is responsible for driving the overall merchandising and POS visibility initiatives at the Circle.

Job Description:

- Ensuring product positioning & brand visibility in the market.

- Implementing communication plans to ensure awareness of new product launches at Circle level

- Planning and executing business promotion schemes for the product profile at zonal level

- Conducting activities and programs for trade promotion and for brand building activities.

- Ensuring poster and signage updation and installation as per new product launches and programs at Circle / Zonal level.

- The position is responsible for ensuring trade settlement at Circle Level

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing Merchandising agencies for Quality and timely execution.

- Supervise the process of merchandising, content development and communication

- Ensure that all merchandising and marketing activities comply with applicable law at all times, including compliance with data protection legislation.

- Identify and retain external agencies to manage Merchandising activities

- Ensure that these agencies adhere to service level agreements.

- Integrate Merchandising to ensure High Brand visibility

- Act as the merchandising custodian & ensure standardization of designs, formats, audiovisuals, templates and publicity material.

- Coordinate with commercial team for timely settlement of invoices after verification.

- Coordination with all Departments to meet their requirement for Brand communication.

- The position is responsible for ensuring trade settlement and timely and effective commission disbursement to trade.

- The position is responsible for driving overall trade loyalty programs events and schemes

Level of Education: Graduate / MBA Desirable

Experience: 6 - 8 years of experience in Trade Marketing in Telecom/FMCG industry
