We have an opportunity for a leading conglomerate for Team Member-rewards & benefits role (Manager or senior manager level)

PFB the JD for the role :

Job Purpose :

- To design and administer the Rewards and benefits related processes of Executive Compensation Long Term Incentive Plan Design and Administration.

- Keep updated and bring to bear the regulatory areas of Companies Act, SEC, SEBIon the design and administration of Rewards and Benefits programs.

- Develop deep understanding of the market practices and areas of relevance for the Group.

Executive Compensation :

- Definition and delivery of Executive Compensation philosophy and strategy

- Definition of comparator groups for compensation benchmarking and performance comparisons

- Competitive compensation benchmarking for the sector and geography

- Performance and compensation alignment / testing

- Impact of regulatory changes on executive compensation ( SEC regulations 10 K filling requirements, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, etc.)

- Design of Short Term Incentives / Annual bonus programs for executives

- Definition of Top Management KPIs

- Design of LTIP(Long Term Incentive Plans) Share and Cash based Long Term Incentive Programs like Stock Options, SARs Performance Shares, Restricted Stock, Phantom Stock, Deferred Compensation etc.

Short and Long Term Incentive Plan Design and Administration :

- Definition of Short and Long Term Incentive Plan philosophy and strategy and appreciation on how it fits in with the overall Reward and HR Strategy.

- Plan design basis industry cycles, sectors and geographies.

- Plan design considerations of Coverage, valuation methodology, grant cycles, LTIP rules, etc

- Regulatory implications to plan design and administration.

- Administration of Short/ Long Term Incentive Plan process along with Business Centers of Expertise, Company Secretaries and other stakeholders.

Internal External Benchmarking :

- Benchmark compensation internally across sectors/geographies, Develop benchmarking guidelines and approach for benchmarking across the group and support businesses define their benchmarking approach, Develop reward and benefits regulatory disclosure approach and track external disclosures to develop key insights for market and its implications.

Compensation Analytics :

Compensation and business performance analytics to show key insights to support decision making. Employment cost analytics internal and vs. market. Provide inputs to people cost budgeting.

Special Projects :

Lead or be a member on key projects e.g. Mergers and Acquisitions, Compensation Communication, Capability Building, Benefits and Policy Reviews, Market research, Employee Insight research, etc.
