Scouting for candidates who are from NORTH-EAST Regions + MBA from a PREMIERE B-School.
1) With your strategic direction, you will bring new and impactful ideas around excellence in OTR (organization & talent review) - identifying and managing top talent (hi-pots and hi-pers)
2) With an eye for detail, you will ensure standardization of efforts so that we have a single, consistent approach for the delivery of talent management across organization.
3) You partner closely with HR business partner(s), Talent management team at circles to support the business to deliver on the global people strategy and operational plans
4) With your strong influencing skills, you will impact all aspects of talent management within the region including talent strategy, employee engagement, career management, succession planning, retention etc
5) You work towards developing the best in class talent for the organization across all levels. You work closely with the identified top talent and ensure fast tracked development for them at a much larger level (than just at the regional level).
6) With your consultative approach, you will facilitate the organization in transitioning from Talent Retention to Talent Management, linking the culture of the Organization to Business needs
