KRA's :
Lead Talent Acquisition teams across to implement sourcing and fulfillment strategies supporting the business objectives of the company.
- End-to-End responsibility of business units, providing strategic directions & thought leadership to build a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources while effectively managing candidate relationships.
- Responsible for stakeholder's management, market mapping, cost per hire, designing and implementing onboarding program, talent branding etc.
- Independently manage few business critical requisitions.
- Possess ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate pipeline within agreed timeline
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
- Work closely with HR business partners to implement new practices in talent acquisition
- Defined and developed the recruitment strategy and organizational capabilities that promote cost-effective best practices, improve service quality, ensure compliance, and provide high caliber talent and overall staffing success
- Responsible to innovate and build new programs/projects- Campus Programs redesign.
- Participate in special recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
Desired profile :
- MBA with 9+ years of overall experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment.
- Should have expertise in technology / shared services hiring.
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting techniques to attract passive candidates within the industry
- Expert with metrics.
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Excellent business judgment and time management skills
- Ability to Influence leaders in taking decisions for the organization.
- Ability to partner effectively with global recruiting teams and HR business partners.
- Good spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively.
