Working on a Manager/ Sr.Manager Talent Acquisition role with a shared services/ ITES organization based in Ahmedabad.
- The Role would be a part of the Talent Acquisition COE, responsible for leading Talent Acquisition COE interfaces for all Non-Technology Businesses & Corporate Functions.
- The role would drive Governance, Hiring Strategy, key TA Agendas and initiatives for the Businesses/Functions, in order to have a robust Talent Acquisition framework which is scalable and sustainable.
- Key stakeholder management and driving efficiency in TA delivery through the HRSSC will form an integral part of this role.
- A keen focus on ensuring adherence to On-time hiring, Cost and Quality is critical for success of this role.
- Looking for full time MBA HR who have handled TA as a Specialized role.
