It functions in a remarkable manner under the guidance of a strong mentor.  Job Location : CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai  Key Responsibilities:   - Driving group-wide talent acquisition initiatives.  - Streamlining the hiring process.  - Establish recruiting-related HR best practices that support succession, build external bench, to keep up with the company's growth rate.  - Formulating target based recruitment strategy (online, campus recruitment, agencies, etc.)  - Framing job descriptions for attracting quality talent  - Manpower planning for all functions/Departments  - Maintaining MIS for recruitment or training the recruitment team to do so  - Building, Leading, managing and mentoring the recruitment team.  - Benchmarking analysis, competitor intelligence to advice management on feasibility of talent availability and movement across new business verticals.  - Ensure systems and processes compliance.  - Monitor the execution of induction programs to enhance new employee experience.  - Regular MIS reporting, employee database management & analysis to understand gaps and formulate strategy  - Attend event/seminars to keep the recruitment process up to market standards  Desired Candidate Profile :  - Strong hands on experience in end to end recruitment across levels.   - Robust knowledge of global sourcing methodologies. Good networking skills to help enhance the recruitment effort.   - Effective candidate management including background verification and salary negotiations   Campus Recruitment :  - Experience in managing and using campus recruitment for cost effective hiring.  - Ability and experience to work in a fast-paced work environment   Qualification and Experience :  Post graduate degree with minimum 5+ years of work experience  Salary Range : 8 - 10 LPA
