Technical Auditor

Job Description :

- Responsible for conducting audits for different Supply Chain related business processes like Supply & Operation Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality,

- Ensuring timely execution of audits & release of reports with confirmed audit observations and agreed audit recommendations as per plan

- Monitoring coverage of all processes as identified in the checklist and ensuring continuous updation of the checklists against new areas identified

- Liaising with co-sourced auditors, audit units/divisional/Regional heads for sorting and identifying audit findings

- Reviewing existing process design (w.r.t critical control points, metrics) and process performance

- Managing special assignments in the priority areas to bring about improvements and cost savings adopting Lean six sigma approach to achieve better process performance through reduction in process variation/wastages

Skills:

Proven track record with hands on experience in the following areas:

- Proficient in carrying out process audits across functions of supply chain

- Skilled in assessing businesses to identify improvement opportunities and develop cost reduction programs applying principles of Lean Six Sigma methodology

- Expert in auditing Food Safety (FS) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Management Systems and brought about improvements through audit suggestions

- Adequately trained in Business Excellence Models like Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) and/or European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM)

- Should have global outlook - done projects outside of India preferably in matured - route to market- environment, such as UK or USA.

- Should understand the functionalities/interplay of SAP ERP with respect to manufacturing, quality management etc.

- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide recommendations in simple and concise manner to the senior levels of management.

- Strong organizer, motivator, team player and a decisive leader; have constantly motivated teams to excel and win

Desired Candidate Qualification:

Post-Graduation OR Masters in Industrial / Mechanical /Production Engineering

Desired experience Level -

Candidate with a total of at least 15 years- work experience in Food & Beverage sector of with experience in auditing
