Senior Manager - Sourcing - Mobile Handset, Only From Mobile Handset Industry

We have an urgent requirement with one of the biggest group at Gurgaon. Candidate only from Mobile Handset Organization should apply.

Designation : Mgr/Sr Mgr - Sourcing - Mobile Handset Division

Reporting to : Chief Procurement Officer

Profile :

- Managing annual procurement spend of mechanics parts and supporting the production of factories in India

- Owns demand & supply balancing and material risk management of mechanics commodities ( phone covers, shields, screws & die-cut parts) from N-tier supplier network.

- Securing supply capability across the product life cycle for short term & mid-term demand from 20+ global suppliers.

- Accountable for raw material inventory management across all factories and managed with 10 days of supply with ~100% on time material delivery.

- Operational management of suppliers through weekly operative reviews.

- Business continuity management team leader for Availability management activities.

- Key interface between Group & Suppliers in terms of demand, supply & financial topics.

Product Life Cycle Management :

- Launching phone with faster ramp up and ensure sales targets are met.

- Virtual team leader for the product and worked with different cross functional team to achieve successful Ramp up.

- Ensuring successful product transition with minimum End of Life excess & Liability impact with suppliers.

- Engineering change management execution with minimum waste & optimum solution to support BOM cost reduction.

- Excess & Obsolescence Management
