Role purpose :
To manage and drive regional sales budgets through designing and implementing national level channel strategies and programs, as well as, supporting teams in implementing geography specific tactical measures.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Business Impact: Drive desired SME sales plan within agreed timelines.
- Distribution planning and implementation
Implementation of various channel partner metrics :
- Partner Commissioning
- Partner sales & service processes
- Collaborate with teams to understand market potential, leverage new opportunities and help scale operations.
- Drive new segment business initiatives as identified from time to time.
