With teams at companies like Ogilvy, Oliver Wyman, Endurance International Group, ESPN and Healthkart improving their workplace collaboration using our services, we are already helping teams have richer and more efficient communication around the globe.

What is the Job like-

We are looking for Sales Managers & Senior Sales Managers with 4-8 years of sales experience, who will report into our Zonal Sales Head, and be responsible for the end to end sales process of his zone.

This role will focus on executing on our ambitious sales plans across the country. We will be targeting businesses of all sizes for adoption & monetisation our brand; though the primary focus would be on organizations that have an employee strength of 200 or above.

You will be responsible for end to end sales related processes to organizations based out of your city. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Hunting for new clients and leads in your zone

- Aggressively pursuing leads and exceeding sales targets for new users

- Making targeted pitches to prospective customers

- Gathering feedback from clients for product enhancements

- Tracking and monitoring relevant metrics pertaining to sales activity - such as lead generation, client addition rate, conversion time, turnaround time etc - in our CRM

- Reporting daily/weekly/monthly metrics

- Generating prospective leads for customers in different sectors by participating in relevant events covering different sectors

- Being abreast about the latest developments in the enterprise messaging space

Who Should Apply for this Role-

- You have a relevant graduate degree. MBA from a premier b-school would be added advantage

- You have 4-8 years of experience in sales of tech products/services to enterprises primarily selling to IT heads, CIO's & CTO's.

- You have immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effectively targeted pitches

- You possess the ability to work with aggressive targets, and think of out-of-the-box solutions when in a deadlock

- You are very hands on and believe in getting things done effectively

- You are aggressive and target oriented

- You have the ability to assess market trends and shape sales strategies

- You possess excellent analytical capabilities

- You possess excellent communication skills

- You take great pride in being an excellent networker; and have the capability to build and maintain strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients alike
